• Step One—Contact Your Authorized Representative
Just click on the Contact Us link to identify the Falcon sales representative in your area. Your representative will explain the different programs available to put Falcon technology to work in your facility.

• Step Two—Organize Needed Information
Your Falcon contact will guide you through our streamlined ordering process. To speed the process further, please have the following information ready:

•	Ship-To and Bill-To information
•	Federal Tax ID, if tax exempt
•	Preferred method of payment (credit terms, credit card)
For urinal installations:
•	Installation method—whether you plan to have Falcon coordinate your installation or use your installers
•	Number of urinals to be installed
•	Preferred installation dates

• Step Three—Place Your Order
All that remains is to issue a purchase order or provide a credit card number. Most orders ship within one week and a variety of Falcon resources are available to support your installation and training needs.
