HOW TO ORDER FALCON WATERFREE URINALS

Step One — Contact Your Authorized Representative

Step Two — Organize Needed Information

A Falcon Waterfree representative will contact you and guide you through our streamlined ordering process. To expedite the ordering process you can collect the following information in advance:

For all orders:
- Ship-To and Bill-To information
- Federal Tax ID, if tax exempt
- Preferred method of payment (credit terms, credit card)

For unrinal installations:
- Installation method—whether you plan to have Falcon coordinate your installation or use your installers
- Number of urinals to be installed
- Preferred installation dates

Step Three — Place Your Order

All that remains is to issue a purchase order or provide a credit card number. Most orders ship within one week and a variety of Falcon resources are available to support your installation and training needs.
