Installation training:
a step-by-step Installation Guide, electronic presentation for group
meetings, and post-installation checklist. On-site training is provided
for installations of 50 or more urinals.
Maintenance training: a step-by-step Maintenance Guide, electronic
presentation for group meetings, and maintenance room poster/checklist.
On-site training is provided for installations of 10 or more urinals.
Post-installation follow-up (for installations of 50 or more
urinals): weekly visits for the first 30 days, bi-weekly visits
for 31-60 days, additional visit in 60-90 days, 3 emergency visits
after 90 days. |
