With over twenty-five years of service and operations management experience with General Motors and Haworth Inc., Bill brings an impressive background to Falcon. In service, he developed and managed both North American and global service operations including order management, customer service, call center operations, case management, credit and logistics. In operations, he has held positions in inventory control, scheduling, shipping/receiving and plant management. Bill has also been actively involved in, or led, strategic planning, systems integration and numerous cross-corporation initiatives
